The 39 Criminology students of Batch Siklab-Diwa along with Manila City Jail personnel.

After completing 250 hours of On-the-Job Training, 39 Criminology students from the Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR), Batch Siklab-Diwa, concluded their internship with a Culminating Activity held at the Manila City Jail Male Dorm.

The OJT program gave students firsthand experience in the correctional pillar of the Philippine Criminal Justice System—one of the key fields they may pursue in their professional careers. Throughout their training, the students actively participated in various jail operations and rehabilitation programs, gaining valuable insights into the realities of custodial work and PDL management.

Faculty members from PCCR joined the culminating event to celebrate the students’ achievement. Certificates of Completion were awarded, along with commendations from the Manila City Jail Male Dorm management for their dedication, discipline, and meaningful participation in jail initiatives.

The Manila City Jail Male Dorm personnel extended their appreciation and best wishes to the interns, expressing hope that their exposure to the correctional system will guide them in choosing their career paths and becoming responsible professionals in the field of criminal justice.
