Admissions
Enrolling at PCCR is a seamless process designed to help new students transition smoothly into academic life. By following these simple steps, you’ll be on your way to joining a premier institution committed to transforming futures and inspiring innovation.
1. Visit PCCR’s Enrollment & Admissions Website or the PCCR Admissions Office and submit the required documents:
a. Filled-up PCCR enrollment form
b. Grade 12 Report Card (Form 148)
c. Philippine Statistics Authority copy of the student’s birth certificate
d. 2×2 colored ID picture (white background)
e. Certificate of Good Moral Character, issued by the last school attended
f. If available, Form 137
g. Additional for college transferees, Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
2. Secure your slot by paying the ₱2,000 reservation fee through official payment channels.
3. Receive your class schedule, section, and PCCR email at the Registrar’s Office and IT Office.
4. Undergo a medical check-up at the Medical Services clinic.
5. Sign the Student Undertaking document at the Student Discipline Office.
6. Fill out the Student Personal Inventory form at the Student Formation Office.
7. Claim your student ID and Learning Management System (LMS) credentials at the Registrar’s Office.
